RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days upon purchase for exchange or store credit. We do not offer full refunds at the moment unless approved by our customer service team. 
  • Store Credit can be used up to 90 days after original purchase.
  • If you have received your merchandise and it is damaged please take a picture of it and send it to our customer service team asap so we can process an exchange/store credit.
  • Return label will be provided to the customer upon request and merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
  • Once Customer Service has received a confirmation of your return we will process a new order and send a tracking number for your new package.
  • Please allow 5-7 Business days for all exchanges to be processed.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders can take anywhere from 5-7 Business days to fulfill. During peak seasons orders may take longer to be processed and fulfilled being from 7-10 Business Days before being shipped.
  • Please see below how fast each shipping method will take. Please Keep in mind this does not include the fulfillment time.
